Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During collection launches, promotions or other periods of high order volume, processing may require additional time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information where available.

ㅡ

2. Shipping Destinations and Rates

LLOUD ships to selected countries and regions.

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Shipping availability may be changed or restricted without prior notice due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions or other operational circumstances.

ㅡ

3. Delivery Times

All stated delivery times are estimates only and begin after an order has been dispatched.

Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier operations, public holidays, weather, peak periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

LLOUD is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs authorities or third-party carriers, although we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits LLOUD’s delivery obligations or your rights to cancellation or refund under applicable law.

ㅡ

4. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping or return charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to receive the shipment may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

1. Duties and Taxes

International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the amount paid at checkout. If these charges apply, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

ㅡ

2. Payment of Duties and Taxes

The recipient must pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees directly to the courier or local customs authority when requested, which may be before or upon delivery.
If these charges are not paid, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned to LLOUD or otherwise handled in accordance with local procedures. Any applicable refund will be reviewed once the parcel’s status has been confirmed, in accordance with Section 4 and applicable law.

ㅡ

3. Assessment of Charges

Applicable customs duties and import taxes are determined under the rules of the delivery destination. Customs clearance or handling fees may also be charged by the courier or customs broker.
These charges are not set by LLOUD. For information about potential charges, please contact your local customs authority or the relevant courier.

ㅡ

4. Refused International Shipments

If a customer refuses to accept an international shipment or fails to pay duties or taxes required for delivery, the shipment may be returned to LLOUD or otherwise handled by the carrier in accordance with local procedures.

Where a refund is available, reasonable costs incurred in connection with the rejected shipment, including return shipping, duties, taxes or handling charges, may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
