Information required to process your purchase must be provided to complete and fulfil your order. Without this information, we may be unable to provide the relevant service.

Our Site is hosted by Shopify. We use Shopify Network Intelligence and certain Shopify enhanced services. Shopify may process personal data relating to your interactions with our Site, other merchants and Shopify in order to provide, develop and improve its services, including analytics, personalisation, advertising and fraud-prevention services. 4. International Transfers

As LLOUD operates internationally, your personal data may be processed or stored outside Singapore, including by Shopify and our other service providers.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data protection laws.

Where the GDPR applies to a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must also meet the applicable GDPR requirements. Depending on the destination and transfer arrangements, these may require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional measures where necessary.

Marketing emails may also be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
